How Pre-Registration Works

There are two ways to pre-register:

You can pre-register by completing the online registration form

or by

Calling 1-800-EINSTEIN from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and speaking with one of our service representatives.

Your letter has an identifying code

If you received a letter from Einstein at Elkins Park, you will be asked for the five-digit identifying code. If you did not receive a letter, or if you do not have your identifying code, you can still pre-register.

A Brief Survey

You will also be asked to complete a brief survey to help us learn about the health topics that are important to you.

Pre-registration is free and all of your information will be kept strictly confidential.

After you pre-register

We will send ID tags for you and each family member you pre-register. You should receive your ID tags within two weeks. We recommend that you keep them in a safe place, such as your wallet or on your key chain.

On your first visit to the emergency department at Einstein at Elkins Park, simply present your ID tag. We'll swipe your tag and verify your name and address - because seconds count. For security reason, you will need to complete necessary paperwork only for the first visit. You'll save even more time, avoiding paperwork and delays, should you ever need to visit our emergency department again.

Questions? Please call 1-800-EINSTEIN and we will be happy to assist you.
